There is a 7 days return policy on all items purchased from RedSquare Online Shopping Mall. This begins to count from the day you received delivery of the item, not the day you notify us of intention to return. At the lapse of the 7 days, we will not be able to accept the item for refund or exchange.
Items eligible for return or exchange must be unworn, unused, un-assembled (furniture/gears) and must remain in same condition as customer received it with original packaging clean and intact. Items not eligible for returns include personal use items such as soaps, deodorants, make-up and inflatables such as balloons. Furniture/gears that have been opened, dismantled or assembled prior to request for return will NOT be accepted back. It is important that customers read product description carefully before placing orders, ask questions and inspect your packaging before paying dispatch. We reserve the right to determine other items not listed in this policy as ineligible for return/exchange.
In the event that a return is necessary due to a proven error on our part, we will investigate thoroughly and work with the customer to complete such return or offer an exchange at no shipping cost.
In the event you request refund, the same 7 day policy applies. This means that the item must reach us within 7 days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and funds deposited to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days depending on your bank. If you paid by ‘Cash on Delivery’, we will refund the money to your desired bank account. If you paid by Simple pay, your refund will go back to your simple pay wallet through which you can then transfer to your bank.
We implore the customer to check their bank account or statements and allow up to 3 business days for refund to show up in their account. Also, call your bank to see if it is still being processed. Many banks process reverse transfers for up to 3 business days. Please ensure that you provide us with correct account information. We will gladly exchange an item for another if requested within our 7 days policy. Customer pays for cost of return shipping. Exchanges due to proven error from our part will be at no shipping cost to the customer. If you have multiple items in your order and you return one of them, you will forfeit your shipping cost as it will go towards the items you have accepted. To have the one returned item replaced, you will have to pay another shipping cost. Customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are requesting exchange, you will have to pay additional shipping cost.
Transit times for your exchanged/return items may vary depending on your location. If you use our courier service, be sure to receive your exchange item within 1-2 business days within Lagos and 3-5 business days outside Lagos.
RedSquare Online Shopping Mall will not be liable for missing or undelivered items/orders due to incomplete address/phone numbers. We ask that you update your address/contact once you place your orders.
